Testimonials

Please what people have said about us.

  • "Just to say many thanks for the Holistic Harmonies Training you delievered at Redhill Probation Centre. The women who attended thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and not only did it give them the opportunity to gain a qualification in holistic therapies, but it has also helped them to develop healthy stress management techniques that they can apply to their day to day lives. We appreciate the time both yourself & Kat gave to the group and are hopeful that you will be able to return to us again in the future."

  • "I approached Shirley last year as I had heard her name mentioned as part of Mental Health Week which is held each year in Epsom. I was interested in getting Shirley in to talk to my Healthy Lifestyles group so that my clients (adults with mental health problems) could learn a bit about alternative therapies. The event went very well, and following it’s success, it was thought that clients could benefit from actually learning skills such as Indian Head Massage and Reiki. The word was put out and within weeks 8 clients were ready and willing to start. They all seemed to benefit from the course and it seemed that solid learning and good fun occurred on all counts!
I want to thank Shirley particularly, for giving our clients the chance to learn a new skills and boost their confidence – it’s been a win-win for everyone involved!"

  • “I first met Shirley over 5 years ago when I was looking for a provider of complementary therapies for our wellbeing days. Shirley and her wonderful team have since been an integral part of our days, with over 300 women based across Surrey, enjoying relaxing and pampering treatments from Shirley and her wonderful team of therapists.
“Apart from helping women feel a bit special about themselves, real health benefits are seen: blood pressure reduces, anxiety levels diminish and a sense of self esteem and worth returns. Whilst we provide other activities, it is the therapies that women always put at the top of their list when giving feedback.
“So many thanks to Shirley and team – you have helped make a lot of vulnerable women feel that little bit special.”
    Megan Aspel, Director
